Hello! I'm searching for pots and pans for my wife. Cooking is her hobby, so she deserves the best we can afford. I read that 5-ply is better than 3-ply in most cases. I also read that the multi-ply all the way up the sides is better than it just being on the bottom. I'm looking at some pots and pans at Costco with 5-ply on the bottom, but not up the sides. Which is better: 5-ply bottoms or 3-ply all the way up the sides?
