Oven thermometer - low temps

Posted by dmlove (My Page) on

Most of the oven thermometers I've seen only go as low as 150 or 200 degrees. Because I like to use my oven with the light on for bread to rise, I'd like to be able to test the temperature in the oven when it's only between 75 and 100 degrees. Anyone have an idea what kind of thermometer I can use?

Just use a standard room thermometer.

That worked perfectly. Thanks.
