I dropped something behind my bosch electric range/oven and retrieved it. To do this however, i tipped the range to move it out of its space. after i put the range back the cooktop no longer heats up or starts. everything else works, e.g., oven, oven light, clock etc. Everything BUT the cooktop. I turned off the breaker for 15 minutes as suggested by the manufacturer, but it did not correct the problem. I understand the anti-tipping feature is a safety feature, but it should have disengaged by now i would think.

Any suggestions?
