| Hi..I own an All Clad fry pan and I am pretty sure I can put it in the oven at 350 degrees....Am I right?

| I believe the SS all clad is oven safe up to 500 degrees. I am not sure about the SS with non stick coating but I wouldn't put one in over 350. |

| eandhl is correct. All-Clad is fine for the oven at any regular temp, unless it non-stick coated. Then limit temps to 350 F or even lower. |

| I use my AC stainless in the oven under the broiler all the time. No problems so far - but the broiler is on a convection oven, so it only gets to 450 degrees. Agreed, you should not put non-stick in the oven or under the broiler. Lynne |
