Gravy Separators

I had a plastic separator that bit the dust and need a new one. What's your favorite one.. plastic or glass, large or small?? I'm flying blind here and need some help so of course CF was the first place I thought of for an answer. I use one quite a lot for stocks and gravy and my prime rib au jus this last weedend was a disaster with out a separator. Thanks as always for your help.

I like glass better. Plastic ones always seem to crack around the spout.
