| I took a little while to convince myself I had not lost my mind after I ordered the Premio 120 Wood Fired Brick Oven. I'm doing a Patio/Garden project and I became convinced that the addition of the oven would be a great draw to the "backyard". There are aparently none of this style oven in the U.S. at this time so it's comming via slow boat from Italy. Looks like a six week wait. Enough time to finish the Garden/Patio.

| Hey Howie, that's exciting! You'll have to be sure to report back here when you "fire it up". What are your plans for your oven? Pizza? Bread? Or, will you be cooking fish? |
