Just found this new cookware, DBK Generation, on the net. Multi-ply stainless construction but different metal core depending on the pan's function. Fry pans have a carbon steel core, saute pans have a copper core, and sauce pans have an aluminum core. The ply is on the bottom as well as the sides of the pan. Anyone try these out yet?
