| These little ceramic sharpeners were the BEST. But it seems they are no longer available.
Does anyone know where to get a similar item?

| Spyderco tri-angle. Ceramic elements. Relatively inexpensive. Works wonderfully and simply. Clean easily and last long. I've had mine for 20 years. Still works like new. Picture here: http://www.knifeworks.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=1215 |

| Lanskey sharpening system. Properly sharpened and honed after every use, most knives will only need to be sharpened every 6 months to a year, depending on how it's used. |

| We use a Diamond Vee sharpener we bought from A Cook's Wares years ago. It keeps my carbon steel Chinese chef's knife so sharp it scares people. |
