Zip Zap knife sharpener

These little ceramic sharpeners were the BEST. But it seems they are no longer available.

Does anyone know where to get a similar item?

What do YOU like best for sharpening?

Spyderco tri-angle. Ceramic elements. Relatively inexpensive. Works wonderfully and simply. Clean easily and last long. I've had mine for 20 years. Still works like new.

Lanskey sharpening system.

Properly sharpened and honed after every use, most knives will only need to be sharpened every 6 months to a year, depending on how it's used.

We use a Diamond Vee sharpener we bought from A Cook's Wares years ago. It keeps my carbon steel Chinese chef's knife so sharp it scares people.
