Interesting question, would like to know too. I have Breadmans and my sister has Zojirushi. Both, as you say, are teflon coated. I use my bread machine a lot for making dough and less often to bake bread. My machine is getting really old, I start thinking about replacement, would be nice to have stainless steel.
