 o
Bread machine ?

I posted this on the Cooking forum but should have asked here first, probably.

Do you know if there is such thing as a bread machine with stainless steel PAN?

If not, any pans with a better coating than teflon?

As far as I know they have aluminum ones with teflon coating.
I have two BREADMANs and I am not sure if I should keep using them b/c of teflon issues.

TIA!

RE: Bread machine ?

You should use them. Teflon does not become an issue until it gets hot enough to start vaporizing. This happens at around 680F. 680F can happen when a pan is left unattended on a stove, but is unlikely in a bread machine.
