| I have been enjoying the George Forman's mean lean electric Grill, however, some one told me it is unhealthy to use it for cooking due to coating on it? does anyone knows anything about this? |

| Had one for many years. Not dead yet. It's much inferior to regular grilling, but does cook quickly and OK if you're not too finicky. Coating is same as used on many non-stick skillets and pans. The controversy has been going on since the first time they coated a pan with Teflon. As far as I know both views have their fans. IMHO, its a non-issue but am aware that many disagree. |
