Best griddle for induction?

I had to replace all my cookware when I switched to induction, and though I'm happy with most of my replacements, my no-name stainless round griddle is going to the Goodwill after making my first batch of pancakes on it this morning.

I know, I know. You get what you pay for. But the buzzing and humming is too much for me. And I think I want to go back to a two-burner rectangle - I guess I'm just not dexterous enough to flip four decent-sized pancakes on a round griddle.

And even though I'm not a big fan of non-stick coating after all the scary things I've read about them, I tore the first two pancakes in half. After that, I kind of got the hang of it, but...

I need some advice. I'm thinking of a cast-iron double griddle or maybe a non-stick that's not too toxic - any recommendations?

Thanks!
