My fiance and I are planning to register for a set of non-stick cookware. We've done a lot of looking around and I think we've narrowed down our selection to Anolon Advanced or the Kitchen Essentials Calphalon (hard anodized) line from Target. We're looking for a good, basic set of nonstick cookware that's not too expensive (so under $300 for a starter 8 or 10 piece set). The KE Calphalon is less expensive, but I think I like the handles on the Anolon better. I'm just not convinced that metal handles don't get hot--am I wrong? Anyway, would love any feedback on either of these lines, or recommendations for others we should consider in this price range.
Thanks!
