Hi, My teenage niece really wants to learn to make creme brulee, so I thought I'd get her a kitchen torch and some ramekins for her birthday. Can anyone recommend a safe, easy to use, and reasonably priced model? Fuel has to be easy to find and refill, too. A lot of reviews I've read for creme brulee kits complain that some of the small torches take forever to do one single-serving creme brulee. We need one that's stronger than that, as we have quite a lot of people at family gatherings. Any suggestions, especially name brands and model numbers of torched you've used that have performed well, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Nabq
