| Lorna Sass has several cook books available. Check out amazon, they have most. Got two of her books when I bought my pressure cooker. Very good basic instructions and good time tables. I seldom use the recipe part of her cook books (altho the recipes look good). Usually just adapt old, familiar recipes to the shorter time needed for pressure cooking. You need more liquid for pressure cooking so it was fun for me to experiment by using wines, fruit juices, stocks, soups, and combinations. |
