Le Creuset Skillet and Baker size advice

I just bought a 7 qt Le Creuset dutch oven and I am in love. I was looking online at the skillet and baker. What sizes do people have and do they prefer? I saw a 10" or 11.75" skillet and the bakers come in 5 qt or 2.5 qt. What does everyone recommend? TIA.

All of them!! ;-)
I have an 8 inch, 10 inch and a 12 inch skillet...and the smaller oval baker...but would like a larger one too.

What is on the inside of the skillets? They have some sort of coating but I never understood exactly what.
