| Does anybody have any experience with this pan? I just bought one today at William Sonoma for $24.99 (original $59.99). It has a long handle, is rectangular about 14" by 10", and 1 1/2" deep. The salesperson told me it is very popular in France. I have to season it by placing potatoes peelings in the pan with a cup of water and bring it to boil for 15 minutes.
