Flaw in discount Le Creuset?

I found a Le Creuset round oven at a fairly good price at Tuesday Morning. But, in the interior bottom there are 3 small black spots (very small dots about 1 mm ) on the otherwise cream finish. They are not (currently) "chips", as they are actually very slightly raised, and smooth and shiny like the rest of the interior.

I know this would just be guessing, but..are these more likely to be serious flaws in the finish, in which there are layer(s) of porcelain missing and ready to chip off, vs. just a flaw due to its being a harmless flaw in the finish color? Obviously, I could live with the latter--3 dots--but would not want the finish to start chipping, so would keep looking rather than purchase this piece. It's not in a box, but the lid seems to be the right one with good fit and it's otherwise nice-looking.
