We too had an ultrex pan explode last nite. We contacted HSN and were informed they were unaware of this situation. Fortunately,,my husband had just turned away before it exploded. He complained his ears hurt. This could have been devastating. We have a gouge in the ceiling. Please contact us if you have any information regarding this matter.
