Anyone own a Dualit toaster???

I am considering the purchase of a Dualit toaster - the one for 2 slices that accomodates long bread. They are expensive so I thought I'd get some opinions first. I have owned a Cuisanart for a LONG time but never happy with it as it toasts unevenly and fits only normal sandwich bread. We toast all kinds of things in this family so I need more variety. My daughter is moving into an apartment soon so you know who will inherit the Cuisanart!

I have had a four slot for the last 8 years and it still toasts as good as the day i bought it. They are expensive but works well and looks good IMO.

After years of throwing out toaster's with plastic parts, I bought the Dualit a year ago. It is so well made, like a toaster oven and toaster put together. Much more of a substantial appliance then any toaster I've had before. I will never go back to another disposable toaster again.
