cuisinart question

I really love my 11 cup Cuisinart, but wondered what models have can be started by just turning the bowl. Didn't all the older ones start that way? Mine has that safety mechanism that requires disassembling to open it to scrape sides, etc. DO the more expensive "pro" models bypass this? I think I can be trusted not to stick my hand in the chute!

My Cuisinart, from 1978, does start by moving the bowl. It still works great.

My 20 cup Robot Coupe R2 starts this way also. It has no on/off switch.
