favorite gluten free cookbooks

Any recommendations? I've been looking through Cooks Illustrated "How can it be gluten free". I love the idea of making up one blend that works with little change for all of the recipes. I'm not so wild that 43% of their flour blend is starch. Not only do the starches have no nutrition, they're seriously bad for spiking blood sugar levels.
