so much for posting the recipe for Cold Broccoli Viennese. We made it last night to go with baked halibut. It was so good. It has gone on our rotation. I used a bag of frozen broccoli florettes and roasted them in a 400 oven for about 30-45 minutes then let them get cold. Put the sauce on right before serving, just as you stated. We loved it.
