Caesar Salad Dressing

I made the Caesar Salad Supreme from the Allrecipes.com site. I only made the dressing, not the croutons, etc. When I made the salad, I tossed it before serving it. It turned out very good, but very thick (even though I added some olive oil to thin it.)

But when my husband wanted more dressing, It was too thick to just put on the salad. It had to be spooned, not poured. So he didn't add any more.

What could I add to think it, but still keep the flavor? I did add some olive oil to the recipe but it was still quite thin.
