Help! Cloverleaf rolls for Christmas

jillies01

I am making no-knead Cloverleaf Dinner Rolls for Christmas for the first time this year. The recipe says it can refrigerated after the first rise and then shaped into balls the next day before cooking. Do you think after I make the dough and it rises the first time, I can shape it into the cloverleaf balls and keep it like that in the refrigerator overnight? I really don't want to be forming dough balls Christmas morning.....

Thank you!

PS - i am using Ree Drummond's (The Pioneer Woman) no-knead dinner roll recipe.
