| Oh brother. I just made some Orange Fudge using a can of out of date Sweetened Condensed Milk. It was light brown, but tasted okay. Should this not be consumed? It was about a year out of date. What would you do? |

| If the can was not compromised, then the only issue would be quality. If it tasts OK, eat the fudge. That's what I would do..... |
