Brisket help

Need help in cooking a brisket in an 18qt electric roaster. I love to cook brisket on a round Weber when the weather is good but I have to start this tomorrow morning. I will put the rub on and let it set tonight in the fridge but what do I do then. Wrap it in tin foil? Put it in a baking bag? Or just lay it in the roaster? Time and temp suggestions? Thanks

RE: Brisket help

There was a discussion a while back with 94 comments on cooking a brisket. I am posting the link and you can wade your way thru the comments and decide if something is of use to you.

Good luck and I hope your meal is enjoyed by all!
