| Need help in cooking a brisket in an 18qt electric roaster. I love to cook brisket on a round Weber when the weather is good but I have to start this tomorrow morning. I will put the rub on and let it set tonight in the fridge but what do I do then. Wrap it in tin foil? Put it in a baking bag? Or just lay it in the roaster? Time and temp suggestions? Thanks |
