Persimmon bread.

I was gifted a bag of Hachiya persimmons that are now ripe enough to make into bread. I am thinking of simply using the persimmon puree in place of the pumpkin in my t&t maple pumpkin bread recipe.

Any thoughts or actual persimmon bread recipes to share? With the search engine down, I can't go hunting here.
