Crown Roast of Pork

Has anyone ever made one? I want to try something different this year, I just ordered one and found that $7.99/kg is kind of cheap. Is this a really tough piece of meat? I kind of have blinders on as those little chefs hats on the bones look so cute and that's my main reason for trying it? Sick, I know. It will also be stuffed so I don't miss my stuffing. Any tips for prepping? Thanks.
