| As I reported in my OP, the hummus made following Ann's recipe with a few tips from Lars turned out wonderfully. Only problem is, I have way too much of it leftover. Can it be frozen?

| Lisa, I've never had any leftover to freeze, but I don't see any reason you couldn't. Snack? For me it's lunch, probably why I never have any left over. (grin) Merry Christmas to you and the kids. Annie |
