| Someone mentioned this the other day, but I don't think the recipe was posted. I thought I had copied it last year, but can not find it. Please post if for me. I bought the cranberries already!
Thanks

| I made these last year - they're great! Thanks, Jenn! Cranberry Lemon Cookies -Jenn * 1/2 C butter Cream butter, sugars, and lemon zest. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Gradually beat into butter mixture. Stir in nuts and cranberries. |

| Thank you, Woodie! I probably won't ice them, as I shouldn't be eating them anyway, so that will keep a tiny bit of the carbs out of them! They just looked so good last year. I bought the cranberries, so hopefully, I can find time to make them. Tami |

| Just FYI....these are good, I made them last week. but the are not really "lemony". Just in case you are looking for more of a lemon flavor. Linda |
|
| Could you add a little lemon extract to boost that? Or just to the icing? |

| I made then the day before yesterday, but decided to change the lemon flavor to orange. I used a little orange oil instead of the lemon rind. They're good; I only tried them unfrosted, since I was freezing them. |

| Thanks for your recipe,woodie2. |

| The lemon flavor isn't very strong, but I don't think it's meant to be --- they are not "lemon cookies" or "lemon bars". I have considered replacing the lemon with orange and may try that this time. But without the icing, they're just not the same. |
