| Years ago, I wrote asking for advise on fixing a soggy pecan pie, which also never firmed up. A gentleman named David responded with the recipe from Nick Malgieri, a well know chef. In my rush, I never responded to David with a thank you. Now I am. Thank you, thank you! This is the
best recipe, which never fails. I always receive compliments. It can be found on the web now. So sorry I am late with my thank you to David. |

| I just made a pecan pie. Totally unhealthy! The only difference between Malgieri's pie and mine is that I don't use bourbon. It's cooling. The cracked whole wheat rolls are baking and the turkey breast has come out to warm out a bit. |
