ISO original Libby's Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Posted by mrsgottln (My Page) on

I am searching for the original recipe for pumpkin bread put out by Libby's using canned pumpkin (not the pie mix). Libby's put out the recipe on a flyer at least 10 years ago and I have finally managed to misplace the recipe during our move. Thanks everyone...and happy holidays.

Not sure if this is the original recipe or not.

1 c. oil
2 c. canned pumpkin

Libby's has a web site with lots of pumpkin recipes. Have you checked there? There's an old recipe from DelMonte in the book Recipes from Boxes ....? I can get that for you if your are interested.
