What's the matter with me?

I have been using my pressure cooker a lot lately==mostly because I can cook a lot of vegetables with my meat, I guess. I have a big pot of Rosemary which I brought in. I put a big sprig in my meat and vegetables last night. It made a nice smell in the kitchen and was good. You know, I just had to pick out every bit of that Rosemary before I could eat it . I seem to have to do that every time i use the herbs to cook--even parsley. It makes me feel like I am eating grass. What is wrong with me? How can I get that out of my mind--maybe put it into the little food processor so I can't see the leaves? Ridiculous obsession. Oh, by the way, I used the broth from that and made the gravy with the cornstarch. I got rid of that yearning. It was good. I am really struggling with the substitute for salt though. Doctor didn't forbid it completely, just said to watch it because of the effect on the blood pressure. So, I struggle. Barb
