How to store spaghetti squash?

Our local grocery store has organic spaghetti squash right now for way less than half the usual price, so I'd like to stock up, but I'm not sure how best to store it. I'm in FL and it's generally about 80 in my house, so most squash doesn't store as well long term as it would in a nice chilly basement up north, and spaghetti isn't a long-term kind of squash to begin with. Will it freeze? How? Or what else would anyone suggest?
