| I just bought "Just Baking mini pies and casseroles" I thought of Tricia when I bought it, as I remembered her asking about muffin size meals.It is quick and easy single serving recipes by Robert Zollweg. He also has couple of mini dessert cookbooks. I haven't tried any of the recipes yet. I was looking thru it and decided to mention it here.

| Thanks for the suggestion. I often cook mini meals in ramekins. Today I even picked up some apples to make mini crumbles over the Thanksgiving holiday. |
