Are Lindac's apples peeled?

Making apple cake. Should the apples be peeled? And what do you think about making it today to take to work Tuesday? And - need some ideas for having warm "gravy" at work. I'm thinking I could set the container of gravy in a pot of hot water maybe. Thanks!

I can't imagine Linda leaving the peels on a cooked apple. :)

You are right Elaine....but I have eaten it made by someone else.....and the peels were left on, and it was fine. Unless I know what tree the apples came from...I peel. Too much bad stuff sprayed on apples.
How about heating the gravy before work and taking it in a thermos?
If you make it today.....are you SURE you won't be dipping into it?
