DCarch, I got some black garlic. Now what?

DC, I found a small bag of fermented black garlic at Trader Joe's yesterday and thought of you. It's one of their new products. I was pleasantly surprised that its sodium content was 0 mg.

The label reads: "Trader Joe's Sweet & Mild fermented Japanese Aomori Black Garlic." The ingredient listing just says, "Garlic, Fermented."

So, now that I've got some, how can I use it? I recall you've referred to it in plenty of your posts and figured you could give me some ideas. How about it?
