Hhmmm... Pumpkin cookies. I may have to try those.

Kim, If I wanted to use regular sugar instead of the splenda baking blend, would I use the same amount?

Double the amount of regular sugar to replace Splenda Sugar Blend. I've made them both ways, and they still taste great. I hope you enjoy them as well.
