Quiche Success

Yesterday I made a large quiche for a tailgate brunch that was a big success.

I used bacon, sauteed onion, swiss cheese, sauteed white mushrooms, and sauteed portabello mushrooms.

I didn't have any pre-made roll out crusts, so I used a large package of crescent roll dough, and used 14 large eggs and 2 cups of half and half.

Bake of 300 deg F for 90 minutes (which may have been a bit long) and allow to cool.

The result was beautiful and delicious.
