pulled pork or beef

I tried bbq pot roast in the crockpot for the first time last nite. I found that cutting the hunks across the grain with my kitchen shears worked beautifully! Easy to pull apart then. Did it still warm.

I use my kitchen shears all the time for cutting up meat. Lots of the time, I eat while I'm surfing so I cut everything up in the kitchen before I wander into the 'puter room. Works great!

Use the shears to cut grapes in half for the parrots and they work to cut stuff up for toddlers' meals, too. We usually plate our meals vs putting everything tabletop so it was always handy to get the kids' meals cut up for them before we sat down to eat.

I don't know if anyone else does this but for beef I use the english cut in the crock pot. It seems to fall apart on it's own.
