| Aw, thanks!!! He was thinking of me, he saw cast iron and bought it :) I've had my Analon Advanced for 10 years or so, but have recently (within 2 or 3 years) dug out my Gma's cast iron skillets, and have slowly picked up a few here and there. Without proper seasoning, they are not fun, but I had one properly seasoned. My turning point was my CI pizza pan. I'll never order pizza again!!! Now I've got most of my CI properly seasoned, I think I'll sell my Analon Advanced in a yard sale :) As for the gem, I think I'll keep him :) Thanks everyone!!! Christy |
