Leftover Beer

We had a party this summer and I overbought when to the beer. No one really drinks much here, so there sits the beer in the garage fridge. It's been there for a few months and, while I don't know a lot about beer in general, I'm sure that if I looked closely, there would be a 'use by' date on the bottles. So, while it might not be the best for drinking at this point, I'm sure it's fine for cooking. It's all light pilsner beer -- no dark. So far I've made beer bread and added some to stew. Any other suggestions?
