Halloween satire of Modernist cuisine

This hilarious send-up of Alinea and its ilk was done as a Halloween joke by Chicago's Real Kitchen Cafe, which does take-out food. Alinea took it all in good fun in the spirit with which it was intended, and the final dessert scene may have you ROFL!

    Very funny video. I have seen it a few times.

    I don't think Grant Achatz is offended by the video. He is so well established and respected in the food world.

    Obviously the video is to make fun of all the other imitators.
