Food processor size for 7 cups of hummus?

I'll be shopping for a food processor, and it will be my first ever food processor, so I could use some advice.

I'm trying to figure out which size/capacity food processor is best to make a 7-cup batch of hummus in.

I'm assuming I don't want to "fill it to the brim", so the 7-cup size would be too small.
A 9-cup food processor would give me a little room between the top of my mix and the fill-line, but I wonder if that would be enough, or if an 11-cup model would be better.

Any ideas/input?

BTW-
* I'd like to make our hummus only once a week, and in a single batch. (A batch using 3 cans of garbanzos makes ~7 cups of hummus, which lasts us for one week.)
* I've been using a blender to make it, but it seems to stress the blender motor to do the 7 cup batch- which is near the top of the pitcher- and I also have to incorporate more liquid than we prefer to get it to blend completely.
* As far as brands, I'm leaning toward Cuisinart, with KA being a second choice.
