Chinet Plates for Dessert?

I am looking at those clear, almost glass-looking plates but are a lightweight plastic.

I am having dessert for 24 -- I could use disposable plates but I have several other events throughout the year that I could reuse these for.

Or do people really throw them away when they are done? I guess they'd have to be hand-washed which is a bummer.

What appeals to me about them is they look like "real" dishes but are lightweight enough that people can hold them eat, like when they are sitting on the couch.
