Bone broth reaction with salt?

It froths and foams when I add salt to it. Why is that?

I made the broth with beef joint bones (knee), a couple yellow onions and half a cup apple vinegar. Managed to simmer it for 72 hours.

I didn't add salt to the pot. I divided and froze most of it.

Yesterday I heated a small quantity (the first one). Shook some salt into it while it was heating up. The broth seems to react to the salt somehow by frothing.

Any explanation? Just curious. Broth delicious. TIA!
