DH brought home a 8.25# rib eye roast...how do I cook the beast?

I've never made a "prime rib" rib eye roast, but I've eaten my share at different restaurants.

This one that I have sitting in the fridge is a big chunk of meat with 3 bones and a nice fat cap.

I need help! How do I cook this?
