Bread machine for gluten-free bread.

I am considering buying a bread machine and baking either gluten-free mixes or other GF home recipes. I have been told repeatedly that home made GF bread is far superior to that bought in a store or online. GF baked goods spoil very rapidly so I would make one small loaf as needed--I don't want to refrigerate or freeze extra loaves. I know Zojirushi is a highly recommended machine because it is programable and accomodates GF bread which isn't kneaded and doesn't require extra rising. My major concern is counter/storage space--I have none! If I bought the one pound machine it would be less of a space problem but I worry that the smaller machine isn't as versatile as the 2 pound machine. I would appreciate any information anyone is wiling to share.
