gluten free "rye" bread

I made a loaf that isn't too bad, but has room for improvement. Can someone can give me the HTML for adding a photo?

The flavorings are OK & the crumb is excellent. I think my flour blend is just too blah. I'm starting with Jules gluten free blend. I'm working with Jules for now because I have a lot to use up.
I used 3 1/4 cup gf flour blend, plus a bit of masa as part of the flavor. I think I can bump up the masa percentage. I'm also thinking of using some oatmeal flour.

Any other flour suggestions? Also, will using almond milk instead of water up the flavor? I usually use milk in gluten free bread; but am cutting back on dairy.

Here is the "rye" flavor I used

2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup corn meal or flour (I used masa because I had it)
2 tsp caraway seed
1 tsp minced dried onion
1/2 tsp dill weed
2 tablespoons molasses
1/4 tsp orange oil
